Relationship Coaching

Relationship coaching can be useful as friends never fully understand and are not qualified in how to help. Our coaching relationship opens up fresh ways of thinking, re-connecting with feelings and identifying what is important to you. Change can take time, but I can guide you every step of the way. I am also a Divorce or break-up coach if you have separated. Typical areas of relationship coaching are:-

  • Relationship expectations are not aligned (e.g. expectation that a partner will do a share of housework; will be available at certain times; or will be a certain way in the relationship)

  • Day to day existence - this is where a relationship lives or dies rather than the big events

  • Negative behaviour patterns

  • Identifying current barriers or obstacles that are getting in the way (e.g. financial issues, trust)

  • Co-dependency or counterdependency

  • Toxic relationships

  • Creating healthy relationships & healthy conflict resolution

  • Or simply, just knowing what you want
