We will look at all areas of your life to see which areas need the most attention and improvement (love, friends, career, health, family, money, fun). It will be a journey of self discovery. Alternatively, you may want to focus on a particular area that you want to address such as:
Your goal may be to be more confident; find fulfilment; change some of your behaviours
Anxiety can manifest itself in you but it will undermine your confidence
You may have perfectionist tendencies; procrastinate and focus more on your mistakes rather than your achievements?
